Hi, I’m Frank, and I’m passionate about helping people transform their lives through fitness. At 45 years old, I know firsthand how powerful a positive lifestyle change can be. My fitness journey began when I was 27, after a terrifying experience that nearly cost me my life. I found myself in the emergency room, overweight, stressed, battling high blood pressure, and on the brink of a stroke. It was a wake-up call that changed everything for me.

In that moment, I realized I had to take control of my health—not just for me, but for the people I love. The fear of losing my life drove me to change, and I committed myself to a new path of fitness, well-being, and mental clarity. Over the years, I’ve transformed not just my body, losing over 100 pounds, but my entire life, and now I’m here to help you do the same.

As a personal trainer, I’m dedicated to helping others reach their full potential, not through quick fixes, but by building long-term, sustainable lifestyle changes. I want to guide you toward lasting health and fitness goals that go beyond just looking good—they’re about feeling great, living with energy, and building the confidence to take on life’s challenges.
